Dr. Arvind Kataria

Dr. Arvind Kataria earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree from the University of Toronto in 1986. He is the founder of Oakville Dental, a well-established dental practice that offers a full variety of quality dental services. Dr. Kataria and his team have always worked to ensure that patients benefit from today’s dental technology including CEREC technology (dental restoration in a single office visit), intraoral cameras and digital x-rays. When not at the office, Dr. Kataria can be found learning new dental techniques or enjoying time with his beloved family. His kind, compassionate, patient-centred approach to dentistry, are key aspects of his legacy as a leader and dental professional. He is always accepting new patients and referrals.

Dr. Mandeep Sood

Dr. Mandeep Sood is a certified Orthodontist and has been providing Orthodontic services at our office since the year 2000. He is currently licensed with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons as a specialist and has also completed a Ph.D. at the University of Toronto. His research involved understanding the different brain mechanisms that are associated with oro-facial function and pain. He has published in peer reviewed scientific journals.

Dr. Santa Rabi

Dr. Santa Rabi was raised in Hamilton Ontario where she attended the Bachelor of Health Sciences program at McMaster University, and went on to receive her Master of Science in Health Research Methodology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2018. She is a member, in good standing, with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association, and Canadian Dental Association. 

Since graduation, Dr. Rabi has taken numerous continuing education courses, focusing on achieving the highest quality of care in restorative dentistry. Dr. Rabi enjoys working with families, especially younger kids.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, watch the Raptors play, and explore the waterfalls of Hamilton.

Dr. Vanteen Shamoun

Dr. Vanteen Shamoun earned her Bachelor Dental Degree of dental surgeons B.D.S from Hawler medical University in 2004, and the National Dental Examination Board of Canada in 2019. She has been registered at the Royal College of dental surgeons since 2019. Since then, she has provided her highly skilled dental services to patients of all ages. Dr. Shamoun enjoys building great relationships with her patients, and is passionate about promoting healthy dental habits. Dr.Vanteen looks forward to brightening the smiles of the Oakville community, and providing her patients with the self confidence to pursue the things they love.

Dr. Amarpreet Sabharwal

Dr. Sabharwal is our consultant periodontist. He has completed specialty training in Periodontology and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sabharwal is certified as a periodontist by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada and the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Sabharwal also works as an educator and researcher at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry and has co-authored many publications in national and international journals.

In his spare time, Dr. Sabharwal likes to travel, read, and spend time with his family.
